Summary: We stay in lower floor at this time and the closet has smell, bed sheets and quilt cover looks a bit long time no change

Summary: The place is very clean. Su Wei ( reception) and her team is amazing since the minute we walked in. We went and booked another hotel for experience but we had to return to Novotel because not many Hotel in YGN is clean. Especially we were traveling with 7 months old. Ma Htike from reservation was very helpful with all the adjustments we made. One of the best in Myanmar.

Summary: The place is very clean. Su Wei ( reception) and her team is amazing since the minute we walked in. We went and booked another hotel for experience but we had to return to Novotel because not many Hotel in YGN is clean. Especially we were traveling with 7 months old. Summary: It was a good place for our visit. The vreakfast and restaurant options in thr hotel were fabulous and the beds were comfortable. Will certainly return.

Summary: I loved the breakfasts and the friendly staff,especially the willingness of the cleaning staff to accommodate everything I needed. I like that there are many dining options. My only wish was that there should have been a brochure of a sort informing guests of all the stores/restaurants downstairs. Be sure to see me again next trip!

Summary: Nice to spend a coupe of days around the swimming pool. Although, the swimming pool dirty and looked like it hadnt been hoovered for weeks. Booked 2 adults and 2 kids via expedia breakfast included. Got to the hotel, they charged us for the kids breakfast. A charge for an extra bed was $35 per night. My eldest child slept on the sofa instead.
